John Wesley Harding LP?

I bought a Bob Dylan LP at a garage sale for a buck yesterday. There were several releases and printings of this release, this catalog number is PC9604 which is a Mono record. From what I've been able to find out this appears to be a less prevalent version of this album. Can anyone tell me more. BTW...it appears to be in VG condition.
