Anyone know which spanish song this is?

It's kinda upbeat and the singers voice sounds a bit auto tuned. I don't speak Spanish the only lyrics I got from it was that it went " ayy a, aya aya ayaa" I know a lot of Latin songs say that but can you give me some suggestions? Thnkss
