Strange Recurring Dream...?

To me, i feel like this dream means you feel stuck, and you desperatly want help with this eating disorder, someone to comfort you, and bring you out into the 'light' but then maybe there is a fear, of what could happen if you conquer it. And you seeing yourself in the mirror, could be your mind trying to show you what's really there, what you really look like, and that you are ruining your body.
